Never Easy
Recurring merch revenue + sold-out European tour
Before working with Highline, Never Easy had never attempted to monetize their fanbase, and were relying only on streaming and touring for income. The band had built a huge amount of momentum through TikTok content in 2024.

Campaign Results
$11K/mo Recurring Merch Revenue
We crafted a Limited Edition T-shirt funnel with upsells and downsells of different merch to maximize the average order value. The 100 t-shirts sold out in 4 days, bringing in $5,640 for the band.
While that was a great start, we wanted to create a recurring merch strategy that would bring in consistent revenue for the band while they were writing their next record.
In May 2025, we launched a 4-step 'Free + Shipping & Handling Funnel' which gave away a free CD of their debut record, then upsold customers with vinyl and t-shirts before checkout.
The Result
3,100 physical albums sold in under 3 months. Avg $11,000/mo in Shopify revenue.
Sold-Out European Tour
When Never Easy's management approached us in March 2025, they had just locked in the dates for their first European tour and were nervous about filling the rooms they had booked.
We immediately got to work creating awareness in all nine markets Never Easy was performing at in the coming months. We used the band's highest-performing TikTok videos to create video-view audiences that we then systematically retargeted with more pieces of content.
About a month before the tour began, we pivoted all of our ad spend to Meta 'Add To Cart' campaigns using custom landing pages to drive ticket sales.
The Result
Sold-out European tour. 2,800 tickets.
