Wellness 10th-anniversary merch campaign

When we began planning the Wellness 10th anniversary campaign, the band had generated roughly $80k in online merch revenue over the previous 12 months. Solid, but nowhere near what their fanbase was capable of.

Merch Drop Strategy

Rather than driving traffic to a generic online store, we built dedicated sales funnels for each product offer - creating a focused buying experience that guided fans through a clear path to purchase with strategic upsells at every step.

We then A/B tested a high volume of ad creative to identify the strongest performing assets, and deployed Meta conversion campaigns driving directly into the funnels. Every dollar of ad spend was tracked and optimized against real purchases - not clicks, not views.

$120,000 in revenue in the first week alone. The full campaign generated $280,000 in total e-commerce revenue at a 29x ROAS, with over 6,000 orders processed across multiple fulfillment regions.

List Growth & Pre-Launch Warmup

In the months leading up to the Wellness anniversary drop, we ran targeted lead ad campaigns to grow the band's email list with high-intent fans - people who had already engaged with the band's content and were most likely to convert into buyers.

Every new subscriber entered a welcome automation designed to deepen the fan relationship and strategically prime them for the upcoming merch drop. By the time the campaign launched, these subscribers were warmed up, educated on the offer, and ready to buy.

3,500 new email subscribers added to the list ahead of the drop - a purpose-built audience that became one of the highest-converting sales channels of the entire campaign.
